The signature 'Acacia' design is by local designer-maker Jen Rowland and is one of our best-selling collections. With its distinctive abstract pops of colour underneath the fine lines of a botanical woodcut it combines the traditional with the modern, with a nod to mid-century aesthetics.
It is hand screen-printed in classic olive and chocolate onto pure, off-white linen.
Duck feather pad included. Dimensions 21" x 21".

About the designer:
Jen Rowland works from her studio in Deptford, South London, where she screen prints vintage and hand-drawn illustrations onto beautiful natural fabrics for her range of lampshades, cushions and bolsters. She also designs a growing range of stationery, including notebooks, notelet sets and greetings cards, all printed on FSC certified paper.
By layering vintage illustrations with her own abstract botanical drawings, Jen gives ‘florals’ a new unisex appeal. She applies modern graphic prints onto fine, shimmering silks and unbleached Irish linens, creating pieces that are at once striking but easy to live with.
We'd known of Jen's beautiful work for some time but actually met her for the first time when she popped into The Voewood to buy some womenswear.
