Shipping Costs

UK Orders up to £100 = £3.50

UK Orders £100 and over = UK Standard FREE SHIPPING

EU* Orders up to £200 = £15

Worldwide* Orders up to £200 = £20

EU/Worldwide* over £200 = FREE SHIPPING

*International shipping outside the EU may incur customs and duty charges for which the customer will be liable

Dispatch

We make every effort to deliver your goods in the shortest time possible. Most orders are dispatched within 2 working days of receiving your order. If your item is out of stock, or is going to be delayed in any way, we will contact you via email and offer you the option to cancel should you not wish to wait. 

Weekends and bank holidays are excluded from processing and shipment times. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

Delivery

Standard orders are processed once credit card authorisation and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in 3 to 10 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). Please account for the 24 to 48 hour processing time needed after order is placed. 

Collect In Person

If you would like to collect in person, we are located in a lovely little bit of south east London called Blackheath Royal Standard. We are close to Greenwich Park and just 10 minutes from either Westcombe Park and Blackheath Overground Rail Stations, on the following bus routes (53, 54, 89,108, 178, 202, 286, 380, 386, 422) and just off the A2 Sun-In-The-Sands junction towards the Blackwall Tunnel. Drop us a line and we can arrange a time that suits you. Your P&P will be refunded after collection.
