Shipping Costs

UK Orders up to £100 = £5.50

UK Orders £100 and over = UK Standard FREE SHIPPING

EU* Orders up to £200 = £25

Worldwide* Orders up to £250 = £25

EU/Worldwide* over £250 = FREE SHIPPING

 

*International shipping outside the UK may incur customs and duty charges for which the customer will be liable

 

Dispatch

We make every effort to deliver your goods in the shortest time possible - we are currently processing orders on Tues & Thurs - if you require urgent shipping please contact us. If your item is out of stock, or is going to be delayed in any way, we will contact you via email and offer you the option to cancel should you not wish to wait. 

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

Delivery

Standard orders are processed once credit card authorisation and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in 3 to 10 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) from date of shipping. 

 

Collect In Person - 

We are located in a lovely little bit of south east London called Blackheath Royal Standard. We are close to Greenwich Park and just 10 minutes from either Westcombe Park and Blackheath Overground Rail Stations, on the following bus routes (53, 54, 89,108, 178, 202, 286, 380, 386, 422) and just off the A2 Sun-In-The-Sands junction towards the Blackwall Tunnel. Drop us a line and we can arrange a time that suits you. Your P&P will be refunded after collection. The shop is currently closed by we can arrange local collection.

 

Items collected in person are subject to our in-store returns policy of an exchange or credit note within 14 days of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Policy

We hope that you will love what you get delivered from us but on the rare occasion its not quite what you wanted, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery, either by phone or email. Items should be returned in their original condition within 7 days for a full refund. 

 

Please ensure that the goods are in a perfect, saleable condition, with tags attached, in their original packaging, with invoice as proof of purchase. Swimwear and intimate apparel must have any hygiene seals left intact to be eligible for return or exchange.

We will issue a full refund to the card used when placing the order, excluding any delivery charges. Please allow up to 10-15 days for a full refund from the date we receive the goods. Please note: the cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is your responsibility. We therefore suggest you return items using a recorded delivery service.

 

*Please note: items excluded from this policy are any special orders; earrings; hats; hair accessories; make-up; skincare; fragrance (including home fragrance); edible items such as chocolates. 

These items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
